The most effective approach is a combination of a high-fiber diet, plenty of fluids, and exercise. Psyllium husks, flaxseeds, or sauerkraut are particularly beneficial for the gut. Fresh juices can gently support the intestines, as they contain important enzymes and phytochemicals that stimulate digestion.

How do you do a fasting cure correctly?

The DALUMA app accompanies you through your juice cleanse and also supports your preparation and follow-up with tips and guidelines.
Good preparation is important: eat light meals and reduce coffee/alcohol for one to two days beforehand. During the cleanse, drink plenty of fluids, rest, exercise in the fresh air, and practice conscious breathing. Reintroduction should be gradual, starting with soups, fruit, and easily digestible foods.

How can I switch my body to fat burning mode?

To shift your metabolism towards fat burning, you should eat fewer fast-acting carbohydrates (sugar, white flour) and instead focus on protein, healthy fats, and fiber-rich vegetables.
