Standard Shipping
Shipping within Germany: We ship our products within 1 to 2 working days, so that they reach you within 2 to 3 working days.
DHL Standard: €4.99. Free shipping from €55. Now also to DHL parcel lockers.
Shipping within the EU: We ship our Holistic Skincare products within 1 to 2 working days, so that they reach you within 7 to 10 working days.
UPS Standard Shipping: €8.90.
Shipping of juice cleanses to Austria: We ship our fresh, refrigerated juice cleanses and packs of six on Mondays and Wednesdays, so that they reach you within 1 to 3 working days. UPS chilled: €15.99, excluded from free shipping.
Express Shipping
Refrigerated deliveries (juice cleanse and juices) are only possible to delivery addresses within Germany and are shipped with our partner DHL. Delivery to DHL parcel lockers is, however, not possible.
For ecological and cooling-related reasons, the minimum order quantity for the shipping of our juices is six bottles.
The parcels should either be accepted in person or released with a drop-off authorisation. We ship our juice parcels twice per week, always on Mondays and Wednesdays, exclusively chilled and with high-quality packaging material to ensure optimal freshness and cooling. No shipping takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Shipping costs: The cost per parcel is €9.95. From an order value of €140, shipping is free for you.
Product Subscriptions
To receive regular deliveries, you can take out subscriptions for all products and save 18% on the product price. The corresponding amount is then automatically debited in the cycle of your choice. After the first subscription cycle, you can adjust, pause, or cancel the interval at any time.
